1. The service

Rent Me Now is a platform that connects users with participating vehicle rental companies and lets you book and, where available, pay online.

2. Role of the platform

The rental contract is concluded directly between you and the selected rental company, which is solely responsible for availability, vehicle condition and delivery of the service. The platform facilitates booking and payment but is not a party to the rental contract.

3. Bookings, payments and deposits

• The amounts shown include the items indicated at booking time; any deposit is a guarantee, not a charge.
• Online payments are handled by a PCI-DSS certified provider: card details never pass through our servers.
• Applicable cancellation and refund terms are those shown in the booking and/or set by the rental company.

4. User obligations

• Provide truthful data and the valid documents required for the rental.
• Meet the minimum age, driving requirements and the rental company's conditions.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for damages arising from the rental relationship, which fall to the rental company. Consumer rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
